Please Note: We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland and France.
Please be aware that no orders are processed over the weekend or Bank Holidays.
Please be aware we are unable to ship items to military bases worldwide.
UK Orders (2-5 working days for delivery)
Orders generally under £50 will ship via Royal Mail and will not be assigned a tracking number
Orders over £50 or heavier items will ship via a Courier (UK & Europe only). FTX RC uses one of the following courier services: TNT, DPD, Royal Mail. This service usually takes 24 hours from point of despatch.
Please note: Delivery times can vary and sometimes be delayed but we work closely with Royal Mail and courier companies to make sure we offer the best service possible.
Foreign Orders (4-8 working days for delivery)
Orders generally under £50 will ship via Royal Mail Air Mail and will not be assigned a tracking number
Orders over £50 or heavier items will ship via a Courier. FTX RC uses one of the following courier services: TNT, DPD, Royal Mail.

Please note: It is your responsibility to pay any fees (including taxes) charged by your local customs or postal office. These are not covered in the shipping charge.

Returns & Replacements
In the highly unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty we will be happy to replace it free of charge, and will refund any return shipping costs for faulty items.
If an item is purchased in error we will refund its purchase price, providing it is still in its original condition, but not the shipping costs.
In any case, please contact us first. We are reasonable people and will do what we can to help.
